I am a student at NYREI and i have to say Jim Watson is one of the best instructors there. He takes the extra initiative to make sure that you properly know and understand what he is talking bout. I would recommend any students getting into this field at NYREI have him for if not all most of their classes.
Thanks to Jim Watson's outstanding instruction at NYREI, I was prepared to take my school and state exams within a month of making the decision to start a new career in real estate. He is clear and concise when in comes to instruction and test prep, yet his knowledge goes far beyond the required curriculum, and he will enrich your understanding of many aspects of the industry. Jim Watson..I have just recently completed my classes. I found the school test to be easy from all I learned in your classes. I tried hard after my very first class was with you to continue to take as much of my classes around the times you were teaching. Thanks for the always interesting and easy learning environment!
Jim Watson is an amazing teacher, very giving and generous. His classes are very informative, I'd call his approach a "case study" approach, since he's using so many examples which keeps his lectures relevant and fun. He definitely speaks from experience, I respect that a lot. I've already told my husband to check out Jim's class.

Jim is a great instructor! Always explains concepts and ideas in great detail, and better yet uses the book as a guide while using his real life examples as the real method of teaching. Really helps to explain and put things into the real world view. Always look forward to the classes Jim teaches!

Jim Watson is just one of the many great teachers at NYREI. Your classes were very informative and interactive. Jim Watson is one of the most effective instructors at NYREI. It is obvious that he genuinely cares for the students. His classes as always interesting, his tutoring sessions (especially for the state exam) are incredibly helpful. I only hope that I am able to keep in touch with Jim as I would love to use him as a mentor as I begin my real estate career.
JIm is such a fantastic teacher! There are few people who can hold an entire room captive during a two and half hour Real Estate Class. JIm does it with ease. His knowledge of the business is worth worth any tuition price and his willingness to go above and beyond to help a student become a licensed salesperson is unmatched.
Jim Watson is an excellent teacher who provides pertinent information necessary to truly understand real estate concepts and their applications to real world situations. I highly recommend taking all of his classes!
Jim Watson is by far the funniest teacher at NYREI. What makes him really special at what he does is that he incorporates real life experiences into his teaching method which makes the subjects much more enjoyable as well as it provides the student with a real understanding of what to expect when he or she embarks on this new journey. Jim is really good at connecting with students and is a true expert at the material. He rarely looks at the book, and if he ever does it's just for the sake of knowing what topic is next in the chapter. I highly recommend Jim as a teacher!
