I'm taking classes at nyrei in manhattan,all the classes are a great source
of info and knowledge.Jim Watson's class was entertaining and I didn't
notice the time go by.His advice on real estate investment is unmatched.
Thanks to Jim Watson, I passed the state exam without a problem! His prep class was a pleasure to sit through. His straight ahead approach sprinkled with anectodes about his personal real estate dealings made the subject matter come across like common sense, and a career in the industry real and imaginable. I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for helping me pass the school test and the state test on the first try. Your school prep class and your state prep class were great investments. I am sure those classes are the reasons why I passed both exams. You were also a great instructor and found all of your classes to be very informative. I am sure our paths will cross again soon. I will be taking the Profit Lab course in December. Any work I can do for or with you please let me know. Your teaching skills and stories has definitely inspired me. In my younger days I played basketball and "I wanted to be like Mike." Now in my new career in real estate, " I wanted be like Jim."

Jim Watson is straight to the point, highly intelligent, and a very candid instructor at NYREI. I have the please of calling him one of my favorite real estate instructors. I feel like I am more than prepared for the exam given his comittment to students. He provides us with additional resources and reading materials. I feel my education at NYREI is comprehensive and Jim Watson definitely sets the calibar at the institution.
I met Mr.Watson at NYREI and he was he the best teacher overall. He is very knowledgeable and he really helps you out on your process to achieve the license. Mr. Watson simplifies the class so that even if you never took a real estate class/course (like me) you can understand it. Also, if you email him after class he'll send you a boat-load of information to help with the school and state exams.
Jim was my first instructor in over a decade and his easy (yet informative) manner made the transition back to class learning a joy. His style is effective and motivating! His demeanor is upbeat! Best of all you can tell he cares about each persons success. I plan on taking more classes with him and completing all my CE with NYREI.
In my perspective Jim Watson is the best teacher at NYREI. He is great explaining Real Estate terminology. He teaches us how to think to fully comprehend the definition of the vocabulary terms and language usuage of every day real estate communication .
