Jim Watson is one of the best instructors in NYREI . Mr Watson is very knowledgeable is the RE business. he is gonna guide you through the state exam with his very own study guide. His courses are also very in-depth and thorough. i would recommend NYREI's very own Jim Watson to all potential sales agent out there.
You want an instructor thats going to tell you straight forward why the courses are important. How it will impact you, and that real estate does not discriminate. Even starting without money you can succeed by thinking creatively. That is what I got from Jim Watson's courses. This man knows real estate! Being a born New Yorker, and knowing the streets here...Jim gives you exact streets and dates where you can visualize what he is talking about. He is a ball energy who truly loves what he does. I will speak for myself here, and say, his enthusiasm rubs off on me, and gets me ready to hit the ground running. If you take the time to talk to him about your interests, he will point you in the right direction. He takes his sessions very seriously with some laughs in between. That's an instructor you want to know. Jim Watson.
Jim Watson is an amazing teacher. He makes it so the class is not boring and you are still learning and breaking everything down at the same time. He is also really helpful when it comes to preparing for the exams. Would highly recommend going to all his classes and reviews. Great guy.

NYREI offers classes taught by a number of great teachers; however, Jim Watson is the best teacher by far. He has a wealth of knowledge from having been in this business for over 30 years and also owning upwards of 18 properties. He is able to incorporate this knowledge into his lesson plans through the stories he shares from his time in the business, which really helps the information stick. There are a number of instructors who stand up and read the textbook to the class - which I believe insults our intelligence (we can all read) - but Jim Watson does not take that approach to teaching. He is a great guy, and despite meeting hundreds of students each week he makes it a point to remember each of us by name and address us as such. I really cant say enough positive things about Jim and my experience in his class. He also gives tutoring sessions for both the School and State Exams. I will be taking his state tutoring course next week but his session for the school exam was spot on. I finished a 75 question test in about 20min! They are a MUST! Lastly, I just wanted to thank Jim for all of his help over these past few weeks... so, THANKS!

Jim Watson is an outstanding mentor and educator.The amazing thing is that when he teaches he keeps a classroom of about 125 students completely engaged, involved and motivated. Mr. Watson is the main reason i am going to recommend NYREI to anyone who thrives to find a career in Real Estate.
