Real Estate for Wealth Management & Retirement Income Seminar

For centuries, real estate has been instrumental in building wealth.  But if you didn’t work in the industry or come from a family that owned and managed properties, how do you learn to invest in properties without risking your sanity and your bank account?

This workshop is designed to be practical and personal—focusing on proven principles and how they relate to you.  As a result, seating will be limited.

Pre-requisites: None, except a desire to learn. You do not need to be a RE licensee, you do not need to have a down payment saved, you do not need to have previous investments, and you do not even need to be good at math. Students must have downloaded HP12C calculator app.

When:  Next seminar will be June 2018- The day commences at 9:30AM, running until late afternoon. 

Where: Location to be announced-June will be on Long Island.

Fee: $500 per student for the day limited to 15 students.  Fee includes 1 hour private telephone consultation with Jim Watson.
